Jiso ("the company" or "we") sets the terms and conditions of the service for user to buy products through the internet network or an e-commerce platform as follow.
Terms of Services
Welcome to the https://jiso.ai website and/or the Jiso.ai platform. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The following Terms of Use govern your use and access of the Platform (defined below) and the use of the Services. By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access and/or use this Platform or the Services.
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of the platform and/or use of Services are restricted to the Customer with accounts only. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to such part of this platform and/or Services, it to any other protected information, through any means not intentionally made available by us for your specific use. A breach of this provision may be an offense under the Computer crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) of Thailand.
If you are below 20 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms of Use and their agreement to take responsibility for: your actions; any charges associated with your use of any of the Services or purchase of Products; and your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this Platform and using the Services.
Access to and/or use of the platform and the general services of the platform Accessibilities and Guidelines and/or use of the platform and services of the platform. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well as practical guidelines, notices, operation regulations and platform policies including all relevant instructions or documentation regarding the use of the Services and/or access to the platform (“Platform Terms & Conditions) Including any amendments to the Platform Terms & Conditions issued and enforced by the company from time to time. The Company reserved the right to amend the Platform Terms & Conditions at any time and the Company assumes that you are aware of and bound by any amendments to the Platform Terms & Conditions once published on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
- False impersonation of any person or entity, or making false statements, or presenting oneself deceitfully in any manner in relation to any person or entity.
- Using platforms or services for purposes not in accordance with the law.
- Attempting to access platforms without authorization, or causing disruptions, or interfering with computer systems or other networks connected to the platform or service.
- Posting, promoting, or transmitting any prohibited documents or data through the platform.
- Disturbing the use and benefits of the platform.
- Using the platform beyond the acceptable usage policies of any connected network, relevant internet standards, and other applicable laws.
- Creating and/or using multiple accounts on the platform or service.
3. Readiness of Platform Service
The company may perform updates, modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the platform service, whether in whole or in part, for certain periods or permanently, without any requirement to provide reasons or give advance notice to users. The company shall not be held responsible for any adjustments, modifications, suspensions, or terminations as mentioned above, which may render users unable to access the platform or any part of the service.
4. Inspection Rights
The Company reserves the sole discretion rights, but is not obligated, to take the following actions: Monitor, audit, screen, or control any activity, content, or data on the platform and/or through the service.
The Company may investigate any violations under these terms and conditions and may take any action it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion. Prevent or limit access to the platform and/or the service by users without prior notice. Report any activities suspected by the Company to violate any laws or regulations applicable to appropriate authorities and cooperate with such authorities. Request information and data from users related to the use of the service and/or access to the platform at any time. If a user refuses to provide such information and/or data as allowed under this clause, or if the Company believes that the information and/or data provided are inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive, the Company may suspend usage, terminate, delete, prohibit, and restrict access to the platform and/or the service by any user's account, individual, or legal entity, temporarily or permanently, without giving reasons or advance notice.
5. Privacy Policy
The use of the service and/or access to your platform is also subject to the Company's applicable Privacy Policy as determined. The purchase of any products will be subject to the terms and conditions of purchase, including the platform-specific terms set forth by the Company, in section 6.
6. Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Products and Services on the Platform
Packages can be purchased only through the website https://jiso.ai. The platform does not limit the purchase of products/packages per member account. Upon ordering a package, you will receive AI-generated images, which will be accessible within the "My Packs" section of your account. Upon successfully placing an order for a package, you can access your purchase history under the "Orders" section of your account.
7. The Company Reserves the Right
The Company reserves the right to modify or change the terms and/or conditions of this package without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to deny service in cases where the user does not adhere to the aforementioned terms and/or conditions.
