You only need one clear and high-definition picture. For accurate results, choose a selfie where you're looking straight towards the camera. Avoid excessive Photoshop or editing, as our AI comes with built-in filters.
Is it necessary to create an account before making a purchase?
Yes, you will need to log in before purchasing packs.
Can I get a refund?
No, refunds are not available. If you have an error with your order, contact us. We'll be happy to assist.
What if I purchased packs and they are not delivered?
Please contact us via Line or email, providing us with the order numbers.
How do I make a purchase?
Click on the cart button at the bottom right. A pop-up bar will appear on your right; from there, press "checkout". Upload your image and proceed to pay via credit card, apple pay, or QR code (Thailand).
What is included in a pack?
Each pack contains 25 unique AI-generated images. You have the option to download images individually or collectively.
Is my image privacy protected?
Your images are private and accessible solely by you, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Is it permissible to use another person's photo?
To maintain the safety and ethical standards of AI usage, we require that you only use your own selfies to prevent the creation of deep fakes.
Why might some images be imperfect?
AI-generated images can sometimes exhibit flaws. While we aim to minimize these, about 5% may have irregularities. We are constantly refining our technology to enhance the quality.
What qualifies as a good selfie?
A clear, well-lit headshot, similar to a passport photo, with minimal background distractions can significantly improve the quality of AI-generated images.

Absolutely! You are welcome to buy any pack as many times as you'd like to get more variations of a pack.
What happens after a pack purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, we'll start processing your pack, which typically takes between 1 to 5 minutes. You can view your packs on the orders or my packs pages.
Why is a selfie needed?
A selfie is essential for the AI to generate your likeness in the images. The better the quality of your selfie, the better the final result.
How long are my images stored?
We securely store your images for six months, after which they are deleted from our servers.
I received fewer than 25 images in my pack, what should I do?
If your pack processed with fewer images than expected, there may have been a processing error. Please reach out with your order ID, and we will re-generate the images for you.
